It is going to be a big headache, especially for the recruitment for the military. All the current statistics might be due to the baby boom of 80-90s. Right now I have not seen any family with 8 or above kids. In the soviet times the government gave real and sufficient support for children, Niyazov completely destroyed it, now Berdimuhammedov is doing 'better than nothing'.
